Terms of Service

Effective October 3, 2026

These terms govern the business account service provided by Thrive Digital Marketing LLC ("Visitwise," "we," or "us"). By creating a business account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you are authorized to do so. Our Privacy Policy describes information handling.

Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the subscribing business. Provide accurate account information, verify your email, and protect your password and owner and staff PINs. You are responsible for authorized users and connected kiosks. Revoke access when a device or staff member should no longer have it. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

The service

Visitwise provides customer check-ins, visit tracking, milestone and birthday rewards, weekly drawing management, owner administration, and connected kiosks. The current subscription covers one business location. Businesses customize their own program. Internet access and compatible devices are required. Visitwise does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or offer a text-marketing delivery service.

Subscription, billing, and renewal

The current standard price is $19.99 USD per month, with any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout. There is no free trial. When you subscribe, you authorize the initial payment and recurring monthly payments through Stripe until canceled. Your billing date and total are shown by Stripe. Sandbox transactions are tests, not actual payments.

If payment fails or a subscription is otherwise inactive, Visitwise may block owner dashboard access and kiosk check-ins until an eligible subscription is active. Billing and account recovery remain available. A payment failure does not itself delete customer records. Do not create another subscription to resolve an unpaid invoice; update your payment method and resolve the existing invoice through Manage Subscription.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel through Manage Account → Manage Subscription, or the cancellation control on the billing page. Complete Stripe’s cancellation confirmation. Normal cancellation stops future renewal and keeps access through the paid period’s displayed end date. Visitwise displays the scheduled end date and sends a confirmation email to the account email. Contact support if you cannot complete cancellation.

Cancellation does not delete the business account. Deleting the account cancels its subscription immediately and ends account access. The app does not automatically issue refunds for cancellation, deletion, or unused time. Contact support@visitwiseapp.com for billing errors or refund requests. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain in effect.

Your rewards program and customer information

You are responsible for published rewards, eligibility, redemption rules, drawing rules, prize fulfillment, and applicable promotion laws. Visitwise records program activity and assists with drawings; Thrive Digital Marketing LLC does not fund or fulfill your prizes. Do not offer prohibited or misleading rewards or use the service for unlawful promotions.

You retain your rights in your business content and customer records. You grant us permission to host, process, display, and back up them as needed to operate Visitwise. You must have authority to upload logos and other content and to collect and use customer information. Provide appropriate notices, limit access, handle customer requests, and use exports responsibly. Do not knowingly enroll children under 13.

Marketing

Visitwise stores the text-marketing preference submitted by a customer and makes it available for filtering and export. It does not send marketing texts. You are responsible for any messages you send through other systems, including obtaining legally sufficient consent, providing required disclosures, and honoring opt-outs. The recorded preference, including a default-selected checkbox, is not a guarantee of legally sufficient consent. Marketing enrollment must not be required for rewards participation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass subscription or security controls, interfere with another business’s records, upload malicious content, send unlawful marketing, or use Visitwise in violation of law. We may restrict access to address security threats, abuse, nonpayment, or material violations and, where practical, provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Contact support to dispute an access restriction.

Export and deletion

Export records you need before deleting your account. Account deletion is permanent in the live system and removes business and rewards records and the logo after billing cancellation succeeds. Backups rotate as described in the Privacy Policy; deletion does not erase business exports or records retained separately by Stripe. Cancellation alone does not trigger account deletion.

Service changes and intellectual property

We own Visitwise’s software and branding; these terms give you permission to use the service while your account is eligible, rather than ownership of the software. We may improve or change features. We will notify account holders before material pricing changes apply to a future renewal and allow cancellation before the change takes effect. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date and additional notice where required. Contact support if you object to a change.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. You remain responsible for checking program settings and results, fulfilling rewards, securing your devices, and keeping any exports you need. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or override mandatory consumer rights.

Contact and disputes

For support, billing, privacy, or a dispute, contact Thrive Digital Marketing LLC at support@visitwiseapp.com. Please describe the issue so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to seek remedies available under applicable law.
